Case Study 2 - 71 Beeston Street, Teneriffe
The seller of the unit at 71 Beeston Street, Teneriffe obviously had reservations about using me to sell his unit in an area that I had previously not sold in.
I reassured him that I cared for his result more than any local agent could.
Upon meeting the onsite managers, I discovered a local agent had sold the top floor unit for $650,000; which meant the price of the ground floor unit was likely capped somewhat.
Well, as seems to be a trend, we initiated the social media campaign (Facebook and Instagram), however the phase 1 of the campaign wasn't performing as previous properties had - lower results and higher costs. Rather than just leave the social media running as it was, we flipped to phase 2 and initiated the second part of the social strategy. This is where the buyer first noticed the property - through the emotional video we'd created.
The rest is history, the buyer of this unit had missed out on the top floor unit, with the common case that the agent simply hadn't followed up with them after the inspection.
