Here you will find any off market opportunities – the possibility for a sale off-market allows for a clean transaction without arranged open homes or advertising.  This will limit the amount of people viewing a property, but it may also limit the sale price as there is limited competition.  Buyers will still need to be realistic with the sales price if they want to buy a property off market.
